Introduction

Welcome to Radams Photo! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read this document carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Session Details and Rescheduling

Radams Photo will make every effort to accommodate your preferred session date and time. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your session. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.
• Session Duration: Each photography session will last for the duration agreed upon during the booking process. Additional time can be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.

Usage of Photos

The photographs taken during your session are the property of Radams Photo, but you are granted the following usage rights:

• Personal Use: You are permitted to use the photographs for personal purposes, such as printing for personal display, sharing on social media, and giving copies to friends and family.
• Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the photographs (e.g., marketing, advertising, resale) requires prior written consent from Radams Photo and may incur additional fees.
• Portfolio Use: Radams Photo reserves the right to use the photographs in promotional materials, our website, and other marketing materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by you.

Client Responsibilities

• Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with the photographer during the session and follow reasonable instructions to ensure the success of the shoot.
• Location: If the session is held at an off site location, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for the shoot.
• Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully during the session and not engage in any unlawful or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Radams Photo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our photography services, including but not limited to issues with the delivery of images, damage to personal property, or any delays in the photography process.

In the unlikely event that Radams Photo fails to meet the agreed service due to technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to reshoot or provide an alternative solution. However, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify Radams Photo as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may result in the loss of the deposit.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All photographs produced by Radams Photo are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without express written permission from us. This includes sharing images on social media for commercial purposes or selling the images to third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radams Photo operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
